Popular in 15th century Europe, it was actually used as an official marriage ring in some circles. It travels in a pocket and refuses to be solved by force.

Excellent Hanayama puzzle

I collect Hanayama puzzles and this one was so much fun to solve. It us very quality and has good weight, just like any Hanayama puzzle! It wasn't too difficult to solve so it's good for almost any age group.

Big ring, hard puzzle, great fiddle tool.

When I bought this, I thought it was a finger ring. It isn't. It's more like a napkin holder. Nonetheless, it's very well made. Excellent construction. Once I understood the trick principle of the puzzle, I can put it back to gether in seconds, but learning the trick took a few hours. This works just like the actual finger ring puzzles but the larger size makes it easier to manipulate. This is a beautiful, very well made puzzle. I find myself doing it over and over again while watching television. I highly recommend it.

Not Really a ring, but a solid puzzle

It's very large, which makes it an ideal beginner puzzle ring. I got it for students at school and we all find it very difficult. It is well made, and sturdy. Just don't expect it to be ring sized that is really the only knock I could list. It does what you want and is something you don't need to be afraid of a kid breaking.
