What we are good for.
Which level to start on, whether a mold exists in a second color, how many pieces a particular build carries, what the numbering on a lost instruction sheet said, and whether a design is still in production.
What we cannot see.
We do not hold your order and we cannot look it up. Anything to do with delivery dates, payment, exchanges or warranty has to go through the order page of the partner store you bought from, because that is where the record of the purchase lives.
Telling us about a mistake.
If a piece count or a level on this site is wrong, say so plainly and we will fix it the same week. We would rather be corrected than quoted.
