The line we do not carry.
Every puzzle here is bought from the partner store linked on its strand, and that store packs it, ships it and tracks it. We never handle the box, which is why we cannot quote you a delivery date.
What arrives.
Crystal puzzles travel in their retail box with the pieces in a sealed bag and the numbered diagram folded under the tray. Cast metal brain teasers come in a small card box, usually inside an outer carton. Mystery jigsaws ship with the story booklet and the sealed solution sheet still sealed.
If the parcel is late or damaged.
Open the order page of the store you bought from. The tracking, the claim form and the replacement all live there, and they can act on it in an afternoon where we could only pass a message along.
A missing piece.
A crystal build short one piece is not a lost cause. Tell the store first, because they replace the box; tell us second with the model name, and we will confirm from the numbering how many pieces that model should contain so you can prove the shortfall.
